Rivet nuts, also known as rivet screws, pull caps, and instant pull caps, are new types of fasteners specifically designed for use on thin panels. How do rivet nuts work?
The working principle of rivet nuts can be said to be a combination of core-pull rivet and welding nuts. The riveting tool's screw is used to pull the rivet nut, compressing it longitudinally and causing protrusion deformation on the end surface, thereby clamping the riveted object to achieve the riveting effect.

Application scenarios:
When a product's nut needs to be installed on the outside, and the internal space is narrow, making it impossible for the press head to enter for riveting, and methods such as tapping cannot meet strength requirements, then rivet nuts become an ideal choice. They are particularly suitable for situations where fastening strength is highly required, but space is limited.
