How much tolerance accuracy you can reach?
Tolerances depend totally on the part being made and what it mates to. We could reach ±0.01mm for some machined parts, and we could meet 0.004mm tolerance for the outside diameter of some shafts.
How fast can I get a quote, and can I get the samples?
Actual quoting can take a day or an hour depending upon the scope of the project, but we will try our best to quote asap.
Yes, we could provide samples for your approval before mass production.
Is there a minimum order quantity of parts to order?
There is no MOQ for the order, we support both sample(prototypes) and bulk orders as per your requirements.
What is the Turnaround time of production?
It depends on your specific projects and order quantity, usually 7-10 days for sample, 15-20days for bulk orders.
