3. CNC stamping: turret CNC punching machine mainly for product processing material thickness is thinner, generally in the 2.5mm below the material is more suitable, sheet metal processing workpiece holes more or need to open a special mold to process the workpiece, large batch with CNC stamping has a certain cost advantage.
4. bending: most of the workpiece under the material need to be bent forming, the company has a number of computer bending machine, not only fast, more accurate workpiece processing.
5. welding molding: the workpiece under the material generally need to be assembled, assembly methods are many, some directly with screws, riveting and other non-welding process molding, general mechanical shell sheet metal more use welding molding, the company generally adopt argon arc welding, touch welding, carbon dioxide welding, etc., after welding the workpiece grinding and polishing, so that the workpiece is more firm, beautiful.
6. electrostatic spraying: electrostatic spraying is mainly for carbon steel workpieces, generally in the process of oil removal and rust, table cleaning, phosphating treatment, electrostatic spraying, high-temperature baking and other processes, after treatment, the surface of the workpiece is beautiful, several years will not rust, low cost and other advantages. 7. packaging and shipment: 100% inspection before packaging, and provide inspection data. Shipping requirements and packaging methods are confirmed by the customer's official representative on site. This is recorded for the customer's reconfirmation.
