Injection molding process: Using thermosetting plastic as raw material, high-density products are prepared by injection molding. In the injection molding process, thermosetting plastics are first heated to a certain temperature, then mixed with binders, plasticizers, etc., and then injected into the injection mold to make them evenly distributed in the mold cavity. Under pressure, thermosetting plastics are plasticized and reach the required shape and size through the cavity of the injection mold.

Product size

The size of powder metallurgy products is generally large, which is mainly due to the granulation, sintering, polishing and other processes in the powder metallurgy process.

Injection molded products are generally small in size, which is mainly due to the fact that injection molded products must undergo multiple injection molding during the manufacturing process to finally obtain the desired shape and size of the product.
