After spraying for a long time, there may be a lot of metal powder accumulation in the spray gun discharge needle, requiring the construction worker to be punctual to clean up the discharge needle.

5. Erasability of metal pigments
No matter the powder made by dry mixing method or adhesive fixing method, the erasability problem of metal pigments can not be completely solved. The only way to deal with erasability is to spray a clear coating on the metal powder coating.
6. Adhere to the method of metal powder coating appearance together
(1) For the same product, try to use the same batch of metal powder coating to avoid the problem of difference between powder coating batches.
(2) Try to adhere to the stability of spraying conditions. Use the same set of spraying equipment, use the same voltage, pressure and other parameters; Try to adhere to the same distance between the spray gun and the workpiece, and try to adhere to the stability of the film thickness; Ensure that the powder coating is fully fluidized before spraying; When using recycled powder, ensure that the ratio of recycled powder to new powder is at least 1:4; Try to avoid using metal powder coating to spray the workpiece with messy shape or deep depression; It is advocated that multiple workpieces to be assembled together should be sprayed together.
