1. Swiss processing process:

4. High dimensional control accuracy

The spindle precision of the machine tool can reach 0.003mm, the slider fine adjustment is controlled by a micrometer, the dimensional control accuracy can reach 0.005mm, and the spindle speed is within 2000-8000RPM. The minimum cutting feed can be controlled to 0.005, and the roughness of the parts (copper parts) can reach Ra0.04-0.08.

5. Automatic feeding

The feeding mechanism automatically feeds the material to the spindle, and the machine stops and alarms automatically when the material is finished. The processing process does not require manual inspection, achieving a fully automated production and manufacturing process. One operator can operate multiple machines at the same time.

6. High production efficiency

This machine tool controls the processing process through a cam, and a processing process is completed for each rotation of the cam. The cam speed is 1.0-36 rpm, which can be adjusted according to different processing parts. About 30 parts can be processed per minute. Since 5 knives can be used for cutting at the same time, the processing efficiency is very high, which is unmatched by general CNC lathes and instrument lathes.
