"Introducing the versatile and reliable Insert Nuts, perfect for providing strong and secure connections in a variety of materials."
When we think of nuts, we often think of hex nuts, round nuts, cap nuts, flange nuts, square nuts, lock nuts, slotted nuts, T-nuts, and other nuts with different structural characteristics. Only then will we mention the material of nuts, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and so on. However, there is one type of nut that people first mention when inquiring about nuts, and that is the brass nut.

The characteristics of brass nuts are very prominent. They are corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, conductive, and have good thermal conductivity. They can also be injection molded and are widely used in fields such as faucets, valves, electrical switches, and mold injection.
Depending on the different application scenarios, we will specifically talk about which type of brass nut is needed, such as common hex brass nuts, embedded flower-shaped brass nuts for injection molding, etc. Here, according to their use, brass nuts can be divided into three categories: brass nuts for machine screws, brass nuts for tightening screws, and brass nuts for special purpose screws.
As the name suggests, machine screws are the screws we commonly use, with a head and a screw, such as hex bolts, which can be used with nuts or without nuts. The brass nuts used on this type of screw are no different from other materials used for conventional purposes.

Brass nuts for tightening screws are used to secure the relative position of two workpieces.
Brass nuts for special purpose screws are brass nuts designed for special purpose screws, such as nuts for screw eye bolts, high-strength self-locking brass nuts, nylon self-locking brass nuts, etc.
In general, except for the embedded nuts for mold injection, the purpose of brass nuts is just like regular nuts, except that the material they're made of is brass.
