A1: Prototypes ship in 5–7 days. Batch orders take 3–5 weeks, depending on quantity and how complex the part is. Rush jobs—ask us. We'll let you know what can be done and when.
Q2: Do you provide material and inspection reports?
A2: Yes. Every shipment comes with material certs, CMM reports, and RoHS/REACH docs if you need them. Just tell us when you place the order.
Q3: Do you provide samples? It is free or not?
A3: Yes, we could offer the samples,but need to charge the basic set up cost and freight cost.
Q4: What is your terms of payment? 
A4: Usually 100% deposit for the order, but could accept 50% deposit for production and balance before shipment. We could negotiate if other payment terms requested.
