Micro arc oxidation of titanium alloys is a surface treatment technology that improves its corrosion resistance, wear resistance and heat resistance by forming an oxide layer on the surface of titanium alloys.
Micro arc oxidation can be divided into three stages: pretreatment, micro-arc oxidation and post-treatment. Pretreatment includes cleaning and removing surface impurities to ensure the quality of the oxide layer. Micro-arc oxidation uses high voltage and high current to form a uniform, dense and thick oxide layer on the surface. Post-treatment is mainly to seal and modify the oxide layer to enhance the performance and stability of the oxide layer.
Micro-arc anodizing of titanium alloys can control the thickness, color, hardness and structure of the oxide layer to meet different application requirements. This technology is widely used in various fields.
