1. Steel: Usually used for parts with high strength and wear resistance requirements. It has high strength, wear resistance and hardness, but it is easy to rust and can be protected by surface treatment, like Q235、45#、20CrNiMo、40Cr、65Mn etc.
2. Aluminum alloy: Suitable for lightweight parts and parts in high temperature environments. It has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high strength and good thermal conductivity, like 6061-T6、7075-T6、5052-O、6063-T5 etc.
3. Bronze: Mainly used to manufacture bearings, supports and other parts. It has excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity, like C3600、C6700、C5191、HPb59-1 etc.
4. Titanium alloy: Suitable for parts in high temperature and high strength environments such as aerospace. It has the characteristics of high strength, good corrosion resistance and lightweight, like TA1、TA2、TC4、TC6 etc.
5. Plastic: Suitable for some parts with high requirements for light weight, corrosion resistance and insulation. It has the characteristics of waterproof, insulation, corrosion resistance and easy processing, like PC、POM、NYLON、PTFE etc.
