  4. Precision Post-Processing: Includes processes such as grinding, polishing, passivation (or plating) to improve surface quality and anti-corrosion/wear resistance.
  5. Final Inspection and Packaging: Conduct full-dimensional inspection and functional testing (such as pressure resistance, tensile strength). After passing the inspection, they are classified and stored in anti-static/shock-proof packaging.

  • Packaging: Default to anti-static vacuum packaging + custom foam lining + thickened carton. Wooden box packaging can be upgraded according to transportation distance and scenarios. Customized packaging with brand (such as LOGO printing, labeling, etc.) is supported.
