  3. Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication:

    • Bending: CNC bending forms the stepped edge rails to ensure precise alignment and structural rigidity.
    • Drilling: Central holes are drilled to tight tolerances for accurate component mounting.
  4. Mirror Polishing & Finishing: Parts undergo multi-stage mechanical polishing to achieve the mirror-bright finish, removing all burrs and surface imperfections, followed by passivation to enhance corrosion resistance.
