1. Design & DFM Validation: Our engineering team optimizes chassis dimensions, fan positions, and ventilation layouts via Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis to ensure structural rigidity and cooling efficiency.
2. Material Preparation: Premium galvanized steel sheet stock is cut to size and deburred to create a clean base for fabrication.
3. Precision Sheet Metal Fabrication:
   • Cutting: Panels are laser-cut to form the chassis frame, ventilation grilles, and mounting holes.
   • Bending: CNC bending forms the rigid rack-mount frame and sliding tray structure, ensuring precise angle control.
   • Assembly: Panels are riveted/spot-welded together, with fan mounts and rack ears installed to create a complete chassis.
4. Component Integration: Cooling fans, wiring harnesses, and sliding tray mechanisms are assembled into the chassis.
5. Quality Inspection: 100% dimensional inspection via CMM verifies compliance with rack-mount standards and hole positions, while a functional test ensures smooth sliding tray operation and fan mounting compatibility.
6. Final Packaging: Chassis are wrapped in anti-static film and secured in custom wooden crates to prevent deformation during transit.
