    • Bending: CNC bending forms the rigid rack-mount frame and sliding tray structure, ensuring precise angle control.
    • Assembly: Panels are riveted/spot-welded together, with fan mounts and rack ears installed to create a complete chassis.
  4. Component Integration: Cooling fans, wiring harnesses, and sliding tray mechanisms are assembled into the chassis.
  5. Quality Inspection: 100% dimensional inspection via CMM verifies compliance with rack-mount standards and hole positions, while a functional test ensures smooth sliding tray operation and fan mounting compatibility.
