1. Design and Engineering

After obtaining the customer's drawings (including 2D and 3D), we verify the manufacturability of CNC machining. After review and evaluation, we develop a customized machining production plan and also provide DFM (Design for Manufacturability) feedback for the product.

2. Material Selection

In terms of material selection, we can use materials specified by the customer or provide material recommendations based on the product's characteristics.Our company commonly uses materials such as copper, iron, plastic, and aluminum. Common material codes include A6063, A6061, A5052, C3604, and SS304.

3. Machine and Process Setup

3.1 CAM Programming

Our operators design relevant codes based on the drawing content to generate efficient machining paths that meet the product requirements.

3.2 Machining Tool Selection

The CNC machining process involves various types of tools.
Milling tools: end mills, face mills, side and face milling cutters, keyway cutters.
Turning tools: external turning tools, internal boring tools, grooving tools, thread turning tools.

3.3 Equipment Inspection

Before starting the machine, we conduct inspections, such as checking for tool wear, coolant and lubrication systems, and safety devices, to ensure the stability of subsequent machining.

4. Sample Processing

To ensure normal production, we produce a batch of samples and inspect all dimensions. Only after passing the inspection will we proceed with mass production.

5. Mass Production

During mass production, we regularly check whether the machine is operating normally and monitor various machine indicators. The produced products also undergo subsequent inspections to ensure dimensional compliance.To test product dimensions and characteristics, we commonly use inspection methods such as optical measuring (2D), CMM (3D), and smoke testing.

6. Post-Processing of Products

CNC machined products often require surface treatments, such as oxidation, electroplating, electrophoresis, etc.Based on product requirements, surface treatments are typically categorized into functional and cosmetic treatments. Functional surface treatments include anodizing, electroplating, etc. Cosmetic treatments include sandblasting, polishing, powder coating, etc.

7. Packaging and Shipping

Based on the product dimensions, we customize suitable packaging materials to ensure the products are not damaged during transportation.
We support sea and air freight, and customers can choose according to their needs.
