Die Casting
Die casting is a high-volume metal casting process designed to produce complex, dimensionally precise metal parts with smooth surfaces. It primarily uses non-ferrous metals such as aluminum, zinc, magnesium, and copper alloys, which are melted and injected into reusable steel molds (called "dies") under high pressure.
MIM
MIM, short for Metal Injection Molding, is an advanced manufacturing technology that combines the design flexibility of plastic injection molding with the material performance of metals. It is primarily used to produce small, complex-shaped metal parts (typically weighing 0.1g to 200g) from a wide range of metals and alloys, including stainless steel, titanium, copper, and superalloys.
